Terms of service

The service

We meet you in the arrivals hall of Milan Linate airport, collect your bags and deliver them to your hotel in Milan, and back.

Booking and payment

• Everything is paid online before the service: the booking is confirmed when we receive payment.
• Partner hotels and companies can pay by monthly invoice.

Cancellation

• Essential: free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. Premium: up to 2 hours before.
• After these deadlines we refund 50%. No refund if you do not show up.
• Flight cancelled by the airline: full refund or a new date at no cost.
• Refunds go back to the same payment method within 7 working days.

Delays and no-shows

• If your flight is late we track it and move the meeting at no cost, within the same day.
• If you do not show up and do not answer 2 calls and a message, the service is considered performed.

Accepted bags

• Small: up to 55 × 40 × 20 cm and 10 kg. Large: up to 85 × 55 × 35 cm and 32 kg.
• Oversized (skis, boxed bike, golf bag, stroller): sum of sides under 300 cm and up to 32 kg.
• Every item must be closed.

Prohibited items

Cash, jewellery, watches and valuables, ID documents and passports, computers and valuable electronic devices, life-saving medicines, perishable food, dangerous goods, weapons, illegal substances, animals.

Liability

• Essential: loss up to €500 per bag. Premium: loss up to €1,000 and damage up to €300 per bag.
• Contents are not covered, unless a value is declared on a quote.
• Existing damage is photographed at pick-up. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• At delivery the front desk signs and you receive a photo and the time: from then on the hotel is responsible.
