Data controller

The controller is BagFree. For any privacy request, write to privacy@bagfree.eu.

What data we collect

• Contact details: name, phone, email and language.
• Travel: flight number and time, boarding pass if you upload it, destination hotel and the name of the hotel booking.
• Receipt or invoice: tax code or company details.
• Delivery: photos of the bags, name and signature of the person who receives them.
• Payment: handled by the payment provider; we never see your full card details.
• Review: rating and comment, only if you choose to leave them.

Why we use it and on what basis

• To provide the service you booked (contract, Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• To meet tax and legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c).
• To protect ourselves in case of disputes (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f).
• To send you offers and news, only if you choose so (consent, Art. 6.1.a).
• To publish your comment with your shortened name, only if you choose so (consent).

Who we share it with

• The driver who carries out the service and the hotel front desk: only the data needed for delivery.
• The payment provider and our email, messaging and server providers in the European Union.
• Our accountant and the authorities, when the law requires it.
• We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

• Photos, signatures and boarding pass: deleted 90 days after the service ends, unless a dispute is open.
• Receipts, invoices and tax data: 10 years, as required by law.
• Offers and news: until you withdraw your consent.

Your rights

• You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing.
• You can withdraw any consent at any time, with no effect on the service: write to privacy@bagfree.eu.
• You can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Driver location

The vehicle's position is visible only during the service, only on your tracking page.
