How it works

When you arrive

1. Book online at least 3 hours ahead: flight, hotel and number of bags. You pay right away.
2. You get a confirmation with your code and the meeting point at Linate arrivals.
3. We track your flight: if it's late, we move the meeting at no cost.
4. At the meeting you show your boarding pass; we put a QR tag and a seal on each bag and send you the photos.
5. We bring them to your hotel reception: you get the photo, the time and the name of whoever receives them.

On your way home

1. Book the return: we collect your bags at the hotel at the agreed time.
2. We meet at Linate departures and hand them back to you before check-in.

Timing

• Hand luggage only: we meet 20 minutes after landing.
• Checked luggage: we meet 40 minutes after landing.
• Same-day delivery to your hotel; with the urgent option within 90 minutes of the meeting.

What you need

• Your flight number.
• Your boarding pass (photo or PDF).
• The name on the hotel booking.
• A phone with WhatsApp, or an email address.
