About us

BagFree comes from Fenix Pony Express, an express courier that has been delivering every day across Milan for years, for companies, offices and shops.

We know the city's streets, timings and hotels: that's why we start small, from Linate, and grow one step at a time.

Your bags are carried by our own drivers, in recent electric or hybrid cars, wearing the BagFree uniform.

Every bag is tagged, sealed, photographed and tracked from pickup to delivery.
